YOGA, BREATH & MEDITATION with Beth
Beth Claseman is the founder of Belle Shanti Yoga & Wellness and a dedicated yoga teacher who is passionate about helping people return to themselves—one breath at a time.
Her work is rooted in the belief that we don’t need to become someone new, but rather remember who we are beneath the noise. Through breath, movement, and moments of stillness, she creates spaces that invite connection, clarity, and a sense of coming home.
Beth’s teaching is guided not only by movement, but by a deep awareness of the body’s subtle energy. She weaves this into each experience—whether through dynamic flow, gentle practice, or restorative stillness—meeting people where they are and supporting both physical and energetic balance.
Inspired by nature and the quiet wisdom of horses, her approach reflects a balance of grounded presence and intuitive guidance. She believes that healing happens when we slow down enough to listen, and that within each of us is a steady place we can return to again and again.

EQUINE EXPERIENCE with Loveaya
Loveaya Magnus brings a lifelong connection with horses into every experience she creates. She has owned and worked with horses since the age of nine and has never been far from them, shaping a deep understanding rooted not just in training, but in observation, relationship, and respect for the herd.
She holds a degree in Therapeutic Horsemanship and is an Advanced Certified Instructor through PATH International, as well as a mentor and Equine Specialist in Mental Health and Learning. Her approach blends professional expertise with a holistic perspective—believing that horses and nature offer a space where people can return to themselves.
Much of Loveaya’s learning has come directly from the horses—watching herd dynamics, noticing subtle communication, and allowing the horses to guide the experience. She is passionate about helping others connect with horses in this same authentic way. Horses have a unique ability to ground us, bring us into the present moment, and reflect what we carry—offering insight, calm, and connection without judgment.
Through these retreats, Loveaya creates opportunities for people to slow down, tune in, and experience the quiet, powerful presence of horses in a way that is both meaningful and transformative.
