No artistic experience is necessary – just come as you are. \n🐴 The morning concludes with a guided hands-on horse connection experience\, where you’ll have the opportunity to engage with the horses through touch or quiet observation. Horses invite us into authenticity\, presence\, and connection in ways that are both grounding and inspiring. \nLeave feeling refreshed\, centered\, and carrying home not only your own meaningful mandala\, but also a renewed sense of calm and connection. Through breath\, movement\, and moments of stillness\, she creates spaces that invite connection\, clarity\, and a sense of coming home. \nBeth’s teaching is guided not only by movement\, but by a deep awareness of the body’s subtle energy. She weaves this into each experience—whether through dynamic flow\, gentle practice\, or restorative stillness—meeting people where they are and supporting both physical and energetic balance. \nInspired by nature and the quiet wisdom of horses\, her approach reflects a balance of grounded presence and intuitive guidance. She believes that healing happens when we slow down enough to listen\, and that within each of us is a steady place we can return to again and again. \n \nwww.belleshantiyoga.com \nBelle Shanti Yoga Instagram \nEQUINE EXPERIENCE with Loveaya \nLoveaya Magnus brings a lifelong connection with horses into every experience she creates. She has owned and worked with horses since the age of nine and has never been far from them\, shaping a deep understanding rooted not just in training\, but in observation\, relationship\, and respect for the herd. \nShe holds a degree in Therapeutic Horsemanship and is an Advanced Certified Instructor through PATH International\, as well as a mentor and Equine Specialist in Mental Health and Learning. Her approach blends professional expertise with a holistic perspective—believing that horses and nature offer a space where people can return to themselves. \nMuch of Loveaya’s learning has come directly from the horses—watching herd dynamics\, noticing subtle communication\, and allowing the horses to guide the experience. She is passionate about helping others connect with horses in this same authentic way. Horses have a unique ability to ground us\, bring us into the present moment\, and reflect what we carry—offering insight\, calm\, and connection without judgment. \nThrough these retreats\, Loveaya creates opportunities for people to slow down\, tune in\, and experience the quiet\, powerful presence of horses in a way that is both meaningful and transformative. \n\nMANDALA ART with Vaishali Kanade \nVaishali is a Yoga and Ayurveda educator who helps modern practitioners live in greater harmony with themselves and the natural world. \nRaised in India amidst rich cultural traditions\, she transitioned from a career in science\, technology\, and business to follow her calling to share ancient yogic wisdom. \nAs a certified core faculty member at a premier Midwest institute\, she leads workshops and teacher trainings in yoga\, science and philosophy\, meditation\, mantra\, and Ayurvedic nutrition. \nHer offerings are designed to welcome every individual on their unique path\, helping them restore balance\, cultivate inner stillness\, and nourish body\, mind\, and spirit.

SUMMARY:Arrive in Summer: An Afternoon Wellness Retreat
DESCRIPTION:Summer carries a vibrant\, fiery energy—full\, fast\, and often demanding. This afternoon retreat invites you to pause within it. To arrive\, rather than rush. To reconnect\, rather than push through. \nSet on the peaceful grounds of Hold Your Horses\, this experience blends mindful movement\, the intuitive presence of horses\, and the subtle power of sound to support awareness\, connection\, and restoration. \n🧘 A 50-minute yoga practice\, rooted in Hatha and slow Vinyasa\, opens the body through breath\, mobility\, and steady strength—accessible to most able bodies and designed to help you settle in. \n🐴 You’ll then step into a guided equine experience\, with the option to engage through touch or simply observe. Horses meet us without expectation\, offering a quiet mirror that invites presence and awareness. \n🔊 The afternoon closes with a sound meditation led by JennieRuth. The vibrational frequencies of sound healing instruments move through the body—through skin\, fluid\, and bone—supporting deep relaxation and a sense of recalibration. \nWeather permitting\, the full experience will be held outdoors\, immersed in the natural beauty of the property. \nDetails: June 27 | 1:00–4:00 PM \n$135 per person \nAges 11+ \nNo prior yoga or horse experience needed \nTICKETS: https://www.zeffy.com/en-US/ticketing/arrive-in-summer-an-afternoon-wellness-retreat \nBIOS \nYOGA\, BREATH & MEDITATION with Beth \nBeth Claseman is the founder of Belle Shanti Yoga & Wellness and a dedicated yoga teacher who is passionate about helping people return to themselves—one breath at a time. \nHer work is rooted in the belief that we don’t need to become someone new\, but rather remember who we are beneath the noise. SUMMARY:*In-Person* Sunday Yoga & Mindfulness
DESCRIPTION:Join Halen at the Hold Your Horses Farm for Yoga and community connection. Halen will greet you in the client waiting room with hot tea\, offer a short mindful walk of the property\, and then will guide everyone in an outdoor yoga session. This is a fun\, easy going\, and relaxed yoga class that is held on the beautiful HYH farmland and will conclude with a meditative walk of the farm’s labyrinth. Be sure to wear warm layers and closed toe shoes that can get dirty. Class will take place outside whenever possible. However\, weather and seasonal adjustments to location and supporting activities will be made as needed.  \nCost: Class is $20 per person\, or $30 per family. Most suitable for ages 10 years old and up! \nDates: First Sunday of every month. \nAbout Halen: As an athlete most of her life\, Halen initially came to yoga as a gentler way to stay in shape. She soon realized that yoga also helped ease her busy mind\, made her a more aware and present person\, and did wonders to support her mental health. In 2010\, Halen completed her 200 hour training with Frog Lotus International in Guatemala and has been traveling with yoga ever since. She has taught yoga in Switzerland\, Alaska\, California\, Minnesota\, and Vermont. Halen currently teaches for Mind Body Solutions\, and has additional training in restorative\, adaptive\, and yin yoga. She has also been a children’s yoga instructor since 2011\, and works as a child therapist. Halen approaches yoga as a way to balance strength and flexibility in the body\, to cultivate a more peaceful mind\, and to encourage curiosity and self-compassion. Her hope is to teach yoga in a mindful\, playful\, and accessible way to help students awaken the mind-body connection and to support both their physical and mental health. \nHalen has been volunteering at Hold Your Horses since July 2024\, and has fallen in love with the peace that simply stepping onto the farmland brings her. She is extremely excited to be able to offer yoga at the farm\, and hopes to see you at a yoga class and/or as a fellow volunteer during barn chores!
