HYH welcomes clients year round for services.  Our schedule is year round and follows four 12 week sessions but clients can be started at any time based on schedule availability.  Clinic hours are Monday through Thursday between 9 a.m.  and 6 p.m.   Please call the office at (763) 595-7112 to schedule a screening.
